1. Be the actual owner of said seat licenses;
2. Provide supporting documentation and or information regarding ownership of seat license rights;
3. Agree to the Terms of the Use Agreement;
4. Provide all requested transfer documentation in a timely manner, after the sale of the seat licenses.
In order to purchase Seat Licenses that are listed for sale on our classified listings, you must:
1. Provide true and accurate information about yourself when making an offer on any particular listing, and agree to submit payment, upon acceptance of an offer, within 7 actual days;
2. Agree to the Terms of Use Agreement;
3. Provide all requested transfer documentation in a timely manner, after the sale of the Seat Licenses.
