Provide our friendly staff with the details of your Seat Licenses (Section, Row, Seat Numbers, etc.)
We collect the required documentation/information confirming your ownership of the seats.
We create a seat listing with all the information on location, price, etc. on the site. You set the asking price; we establish the fees and/or commissions for your listing and confirm that with you.
Interested buyers will contact A Fan's Best Friend, Inc. to place an offer for your Seat Licenses.
We handle ALL negotiations for you, and come to an agreed upon selling price.
The Buyer then has 7 businessdays to submit payment; while we're waiting for the payment to clear the bank we will request from you the required transfer documentation.
Once your paperwork is received, we make arrangements to deliver, with the buyer; all transfer documentation directly to Heinz Field.
We release the payment to you, less fees 5% and/or a minimum of $250.00.

A Fan's Best Friend, Inc. makes no warranty that seller or buyer will perform as promised. A Fan's Best Friend, Inc. expressly excludes and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement of third party rights. Section V. Exclusion A Fan's Best Friend, Inc. shall not be liable for any lost profits or special, consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or exemplary damages relating to any Seat Licenses, the sale of any Seat Licenses, the failed sale of any Seat Licenses, the Website or any services relating to the Website.
